Our mission is to provide the perfect BEVEE; one that you will be proud to use to promote your business or organization. We are working hard to setup a convenient online order form. In the mean time, please send an email to support@thebevee.com with the following information:

 

1. Provide us with you contact information, including:

Name, Organization, Address, Phone Number and email address (for POC).

 

2. Have a logo or design you want used? Attach that with your email. This will include vector art (adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw), or JPEG or BITMAP picture. (For best results vector art is preferred).

 

3. Choose your BEVEE fabric color from the side list. Don’t see the color you want? Let us know what color you would like and we will work with our manufacture to see if it is available (minimum quantities may apply).

 

4. Provide any information you think is relevant to your order processing.

 

We will contact you as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours) to discuss the specifics of your order, including design, quantity and pricing. Then we will work on the design setup and digitizing, (there is a one time $30.00 design setup and digitizing fee).

 

A sample BEVEE will be sent to the address provided for approval. Upon approval, we will request payment in full to process your order.

 

Normal order processing time, from setup, manufacturing and shipping/delivery, will take 4 to 6 weeks. Once your initial order is processed, and your embroidery design is established, follow-on orders will be quicker.
